Pick up and drop off the bike at our warehouse in Reno. Pick up hours are Wednesday, August 20 to Sunday, August 24, daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Drop-off hours are Sunday, August 31 and Monday, September 1, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.For special pick-up and return requests, please email us, and we will do our best to assist you
