A: Yes! Purchased bikes come with a one-year warranty covering the entire assembly, including the battery.

A: No, the bicycles are rented “AS IS”. You can inspect them when you arrive at our warehouse, and by taking them, you confirm that they are in good condition and suitable for your needs. There is no insurance, and the use of the bicycles is entirely at your own risk.
Q: What happens if I get a flat tire or the chain comes off?
A: These issues rarely occur if you use the bicycle properly. However, on the playa, there are several camps whose gift is bicycle repair. They typically do this for free. We recommend you check the playa map for these locations. It’s also advisable to buy an inner tube in advance for emergencies, as they may not always have all sizes available.
Q: What do I need to bring to pick up the bicycle I reserved?
A: You need to bring:
- A copy of your reservation (a photo on your phone is acceptable).
- A valid ID.
- A credit card or cash for the deposit.
